These terms govern your use of Yuppa. The app offers informational product appraisals; it does not guarantee that a product is safe or suitable for you.

1. The service

Yuppa analyses photographs of food and cosmetic products and presents ingredient, nutrition, formulation and personal-fit information.

2. Informational use only

Results may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect because packaging, formulations and public sources change. Always read the current product label. Yuppa is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice.

3. Allergies and safety

Never rely on Yuppa as the sole source for an allergy or safety decision. If you have an allergy, intolerance, medical condition or uncertainty, check the packaging and consult an appropriate professional.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account and renew automatically under the terms shown by the relevant store. Prices and periods are displayed before purchase. Manage cancellations and refunds through the store where you subscribed.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape at scale, bypass limits, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features and may update these terms. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Yuppa is provided as is and Mehmet Sancaktutan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on an appraisal. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
